InfoEdge Marketing & Finance Automation for TV Advertisement Reconciliation

Navrik automated InfoEdge’s end-to-end TV advertisement reconciliation process by deploying two custom RPA bots — eliminating delays, manual errors, and inefficiencies across their monthly 600+ invoice cycle.

THE CHALLENGE

 InfoEdge’s Marketing team ran extensive TV campaigns across 100+ channels.


 Every cycle, they had to manually reconcile agency invoices with BARC ratings and Timeband ad slots — a time-consuming process that often led to data mismatches, delayed payments, and coordination issues between departments. 


The goal was to simplify and automate this multi-touchpoint reconciliation across Marketing and Finance.

SOLUTION DELIVERED

We built two intelligent RPA bots — one for the Marketing team and one for Finance.


The Marketing bot automated the extraction and validation of agency reports, comparing them with BARC and Timeband data. It flagged mismatches in real time and shared actionable summaries.


The Finance bot verified invoice data, matched it with validated reports, and pushed accurate, approved payment data directly into InfoEdge’s ERP system — ensuring secure and error-free financial processing.

THE IMPACT

The automation cut the full reconciliation time from 13 days to under 4 hours, resolving 95% of mismatches without human intervention.


Over 130 invoice formats were automated, improving accuracy and reducing reconciliation errors. 


The solution boosted transparency, sped up dispute resolution, and streamlined collaboration across Marketing, Finance, and Agency teams.
