FEASIBILITY

To ensure successful implementation of a RPA project or for that matter any IT program it is recommended that organizations invest in a brief feasibility effort Time spent in a feasibility/business case study allows a better understanding of the problem statement and the expected Return on Investment.

ANALYSIS

In this stage, we do an in-depth study/preparation of the 'As-Is' processes and start developing the 'To-Be' processes. The project planning and change management plan also gets developed here. The identification of the best-fit RPA product is also done. If needed, we also help organizations create their business requirement 

Woodcraft

SOLUTIONING & DEVELOPMENT

Here the team starts developing the solution and coding the business requirements on the RPA platform. Test cases are also prepared at this stage.

TESTING & GO-LIVE

The focus in this phase is Unit and System leading to a successful Go-Live. The change management process and To-Be process diagram help the business users understand the new operating business processes.

SUPPORT

Irrespective of the size and scale of the implementation, every project requires a timely support after go-live. Our in-house support processes ensure customers queries, bug-fixes, performance issues etc. are resolved with defined SLAs

(Service Level Agreements)
